Drink lots of water, make sure you’re getting enough sleep at night, and even pack a healthy lunch with you. #3. Have a Backup Plan

Another way to reduce stress in the workplace, is by having contingency plans. No matter how well you plan out your daily tasks, things might not always go the way you expect them to. By having a plan A, B, or even C, you can easily compensate for any misfires or unexpected turns of events. The business world is already stressful enough, so why not make your life easier by creating multiple “routes” if things go awry?
