AEW Capital Management Los Angeles

AEW is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world. After successfully completing a project for their Boston office a few years ago, Studio was once again engaged to co-design 44 custom workstations and 15 custom private offices for AEW's new Los Angeles headquarters in partnership with Wolcott Architecture.

AEW desired a high-end, clean, and modern space. Because we worked on their Boston office, we went into this Los Angeles project already familiar with their approach to their spaces. As an organization, their sophistication and refinement are reflected in their office space, through beautiful and thoughtful finishes, artwork, and functionality. Understanding this, we worked closely with AEW and Wolcott to align our designs with the company's aesthetic while tailoring to Los Angeles's unique style.

In partnership with AEW and Wolcott, we co-designed workstations and private office solutions with beautiful light wood veneer, smoked glass dividers, and black metal accents for a clean and modern look. The furniture solutions elevate and complement the surrounding architecture, bringing warmth and sophisticated simplicity to the space.
